Shipping policy

 

Domestic Shipping

Lead Time: 3 working days

Shipping within Singapore is accomplished through working with 3rd party logistic providers including but not limited to NinjaVan, Janio and Speedpost.

Purchases made before 12 noon will typically be dispatched within the same working day. Typically, 3rd party logistic partners require 2-3 working days upon dispatch to deliver orders to you. The types of products applicable for respective shipping methods will be at our discretion.

For all orders, a tracking number will be provided in the notification email sent to you once the order is dispatched.

International Shipping

Lead Time: 5-10 working days

International shipping to the rest of the world is done so at competitive shipping costs with 3rd party logistic providers like DHL, FedEx. However, currently, international shipping are done on an ad-hoc basis. 

Note that we will not be able to cover taxes and duties incurred at your local jurisdiction.

Large Order Limitation

For any orders larger than USD$2,000, please take note that delivery times may increase. If you seek to order in bulk and your shipment is likely over USD$2,000, please contact us directly at hello@thehadlerstore.com for more information.
